How was the application built?

We are a group of data scientists who to call to action to use our experience in the space of data integration, data visualization, and reactive application development to create this contact tracing application.

 

Goal of this application is to improve the effectiveness of on the field contact tracers, case managers and epidemiologists, by bringing the most powerful modern technologies to the palm of their hands.

Public Health Department uploads the list of at-risk individuals.

Step 2

Epidemiologist & Outbreak coordinator validates and de-duplicates the list.

Step 3

Epidemiologist assigns the case manager.

Step 4

Case manager users the contact tracing applicaiton to followup with individuals on a daily basis.

Step 5

Individuals get notification to allow them to self report their status.

Step 6

Individuals can also download app to allow them to self report and allow the Case manager to communicate with them.

Individuals can self-report travel history contacts along with the Case manager.

Step 8

Individuals can self-report symptoms and their Quarantine status.

Depending on local laws, the case managers can track the location of at-risk populations.

Case manager can recommend certain individuals to hospitals for further care.
