Y Point modified its mental health chatbot to function as a MI Digital Assistant for GSK US medical affairs. The chatbot was deployed as a web-component, this allows it to integrate with React JS, Angular JS, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js, Backbone.js, Ember.js, WordPress, HTML and other frameworks. The Chatbot has been customized to connect with GSK’s existing content management stores to search and provide latest medical information to Health Care Professionals. It is designed to connect with any other content management store like IQVIA, Veeva Vault, etc. that offer a API based search. Chatbot’s questions, responses and flow (question sequences) can be easily changed within seconds using the chatbot’s secure administrative console.
